Scope // Remodel of 2 bathrooms + washer/dryer relocation

Style // Transitional

This home had 1.5 bathrooms with a washer and dryer in the half bathroom. We knew adding a second shower would make the morning rush that much smoother and encouraged our clients to move their washer/dryer down the hallway in order to have two full baths in the home. Where the washer/dryer once stood is now a shower so their daughter has her own space to get ready. Historic detailing like the crown molding and millwork was paired with fresh design choices to modernize both bathrooms while honoring their history. Modifying a home built in 1900 isn't an easy feat but the transformation is that much more worth it!

We are so happy we found Gina - she did an incredible job of transforming our very tired 1.5 bathrooms to 2 beautiful and functional full baths. We are busy, working parents and appreciated not only her design aesthetic, but also that she made the entire process as easy as possible!
