With extra space in the sideyard that borders their kitchen and dining room, our clients saw the opportunity to use the space for functional updates to their home. The result is a small but very impactful addition: a laundry room/bathroom combo and a separate pantry in their kitchen. This is the first space to be remodeled in the home, so our clients wanted a light and bright design that would be timeless and work with their future remodel plans.
